Job description

Cybercampus Sverige is seeking two Administrative Assistants to support its educational activities. The position focuses on providing administrative and coordination support for Cybercampus’ cybersecurity education and training activities. 

A central part of the role is supporting communication with Cybercampus Sverige's partner universities and contributing to the collection, structuring, and administration of information about their educational offerings.  

The work is based in Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work. 

tasks:

  • Administer information in the Cybercampus Sverige course catalogue and other digital education support systems. 
  • Support the administration and coordination of cybersecurity education and training activities. 
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Cybercampus’ partner universities regarding educational programmes and course offerings. 
  • Collect and compile information about educational offerings for quality assurance.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to Cybercampus Sverige's educational activities. 
  • Additional duties may be assigned. 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You should be admitted to a first- or second-cycle education at a Swedish university. 
  • Ongoing university studies in a field relevant to the position. 
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. 
  • Strong command of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the day-to-day work. 
  • Proficient in using digital tools and Microsoft Office. 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in administrative work. 
  • Experience collaborating across organisational boundaries and with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Experience in education administration or working with digital education systems. 
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Currently enrolled as a student at one of the partner universities of Cybercampus Sverige. 

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
