New handbook on learning for durable operation development
The purpose of the handbook is to support workplaces in developing a favorable learning spiral. The handbook provides guidance in creating conditions for learning that contribute to durable operation development.
It includes guidance in 1) how you as an employee can contribute to creating your and others' learning, 2) what you in the working group can do to create better conditions for learning and 3) what can be done to develop better conditions for learning from an organizational and management perspective.
The handbook has been developed within the framework of a research project funded by AFA Insurance, under the leadership of Andrea Eriksson at KTH. The project studied workplaces that have been successful in developing health-promoting and sustainable processes.
