Higher seminar “Science–policy collaboration in Sweden: The case of minority mother-tongue instruction”

Linus Salö holds a PhD in Bilingualism and is currently associate professor at the Centre for Research on Bilingualism, Stockholm University (SU). Since 2020, he is SU’s representative in . Through the Division of History of Science, Technology and Environment, KTH, he is also active in the knowledge platform Making Universities Matter, funded by Sweden’s innovation agency Vinnova. Broadly, Salö’s research interests include the sociolinguistics of science, sociology of knowledge, and science–society interaction, with a particular eye toward foregrounding the societal value and knowledge effects of the human sciences in Sweden.
