Sven Ove Hansson has edited the book The Ethics of Technology. Methods and Approaches (Rowman and Littlefield International). This anthology consists of 15 chapters introducing different aspects of the ethics of technology. Hansson contributes an introduction and texts on technology and justice, ethical risk assessment and the ethics of doing ethics of technology. Payam Moula and Per Sandin have written a chapter on ethicl tools.
