About me
Anna Broback obtained her PhD in business administration at the Stockholm School of Economics. The dissertation examined the connection between customer satisfaction and perceived consumption value.
Since 2020, she is teaching at KTH where she leads the courses “Relationship marketing and market research” and “Management and ethics”. Specific areas of interest and competence are market and strategy development, market communication, management & ethics and sustainable development. Anna is involved in projects related to sustainable business with a focus on ethical, social, environmental and cultural aspects.
She has previously been a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration at Stockholm University and has also worked in the media and research industry.
Anna’s areas of interest includes topics concerning marketing, sustainability and corporate responsibility, as well as how companies communicate to influence consumers' choice of sustainable products and services.
