Biography
I am Ukrainian, graduated from Donetsk National Technical University with a degree in Geoinformation Systems and Technology.
In 2004–2005, I was a student at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where I completed a master's program in Land Management and obtained a corresponding Master's degree.
In 2011, I defended my dissertation on the topic of “Real Estate Valuation Exposed to the Negative Impact of Underground Mining Operations.” In the same year, I became a certified real estate appraiser in Ukraine, actively engaging in the valuation of various types of real estate for several years.
In 2014, I was awarded the title of Associate Professor and began working at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in the Department of Land Management and Cadastre.
Since 2022, I have been working in the Department of Real Estate Management and Construction at the Royal Institute of Technology. My scientific interests include real estate valuation, particularly the impact of negative external factors on property value, real estate market analysis, territorial development in line with sustainable development goals, and the challenges of reconstructing obsolete housing stock. A significant focus of my work is on urban development, specifically in Ukraine.
