Freja

FREJA was a Swedish/German satellite designed for research into the aurora, with the Swedish Space Corporation as the Prime Contractor on behalf of the Swedish National Space Agency. It was launched on the 6th of October 1992 from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, China. The orbit had an altitude between 600 and 1720km at an inclination of 63°.
