WP7: Sample collection, integration, data management & MID

The purpose of Work package 7 is to integrate the different analysis modules developed in the other work packages to form ALIAS, develop the monitoring and control system, manage the data in MID, sample from the bioreactor, distribute and prepare the fluids. Micronit will lead this work and KTH will act as the central point to generate the representative samples and reference standard for the analytical methods.

Within the individual tasks the desire for GMP implementation at the sites of the industrial partners will be kept in mind.

Objective 1: Establishing the monitoring, controls and information database (MID) collecting data from ALIAS/PAOLA (Led by Iprasens)

Objective 2: Developing a sample distributor to supply the ALIAS modules with fluids from the bioreactor and micro-bioreactors (Led by Micronit)

Objective 3: Developing sample preparation cartridges for protein and DNA enrichment (Led by KTH)
