Launched in November 2014 in Bangalore, the KTH India Chapter provides a platform for all KTH alumni living in India to meet in an academic, professional and social setting.
The aim of KTH India Alumni Chapter is to create a network of alumni that expands all over the country. The chapter steering committee consists of people from different cities in India, in order to make sure that activities take place everywhere. The five main focus points for the chapter are:
- Networking
- Job opportunities for newly gradated KTH alumni
- Assisting foreign alumni and KTH staff visiting India
- Helping newly admitted KTH students
- Helping KTH alumni in starting up new ventures
