Get a mentor during your exchange
Moving to a new country is an exciting experience, and having local knowledge and support can make a real difference. As a mentee in the KTH International Buddy Program, you will be matched with a KTH alumnus or alumna who can share valuable insights, practical advice and personal experiences to help you prepare for your exchange.
Taking part in the programme gives you the opportunity to make the most of your exchange while expanding your international network. You will gain a better understanding of working in an international environment after graduation and receive guidance on how to strengthen your career prospects.
The International Buddy Program is designed to support the personal and professional development of both mentors and mentees. The mentoring relationship is based on openness, mutual trust and confidentiality. All mentors are KTH alumni who volunteer their time to support the next generation of students.
