Join KTH FOOD for a networking meeting focused on food systems’ value chains and consumption patterns. This event aims to foster collaboration, share ongoing research projects, and explore new activities within the theme.
The research addresses the complexity of Swedish food value chains with many actors and transport challenges. It also highlights how digital tools enable new local distribution systems, bridging producers and consumers. This interdisciplinary theme welcomes researchers from social sciences, management, humanities, engineering, and natural sciences.
