Support for working with Metacampus
Unite! Metacampus is the alliance’s digital platform that enables access to the range of programmes and activities and interactive spaces that are offered through Unite! and the nine universities of the alliance. The platform is based on Moodle and is the main point of interaction for anyone who is admitted to an activity. Here you will find support resources from Unite! about how you use Metacampus as a teacher and student.
Unite! offers a free self-study course in Metacampus and serves as an introduction to the platform. It is intended to be a first point of contact for users unfamiliar with Metacampus. The course contains basic information about what Metacampus is, what its possibilities are and how to use it. The course is aimed at teachers, students and administrative staff.
The course consists of the following parts:
- An introductory section with basic information about the Metacampus.
- A section for students about how to use Metacampus as a participant.
- A section for staff and teachers with information about Metacampus, how it can be used in teaching, as well as basic tutorials on Metacampus and how to create a course.
- A “playground area” where it’s possible to test different activities such as assignments, quizzes and Wikis from the user's point of view.
- A section for frequently asked questions.
- A Fit for Metacampus quiz where one can test their knowledge of Metacampus and receive an open badge for the course.
- There is also a course forum to ask any open questions.

Support through form
If you have any questions or inquiries about Metacampus you can reach the Unite! Support team by filling in their Digital Campus form. You can only access the form when logged in to Unite!’s system. You do this by pressing “Log in”, then “Authenticate with your Institution” and finally log in using your KTH account.
By using the form you can get support on questions, send requests or leave feedback regarding Metacampus (e.g., usage of the plattform, request for new spaces, report problems, request features, and other).
