Vice President, Saab Global Innovation, Stockholm, Sweden

What is the best thing about collaborating with KTH (formerly KMC)?

Teaming up with KTH allows us to strengthen both our brands and stand out from other activities aimed at students. The cooperation gives us the power to reach more people than we would on our own.

What benefits has the cooperation given you?

Together with KTH, we are better able to reach students and universities where we see a potential for future employees, as well as allowing us to spread the Saab name to partners that we otherwise would not have reached through our normal channels.

Why does Saab think it is important to cooperate with the education sector to reach international students?

KTH is one of our partner universities in Sweden, and working together to offer education and allow young people to study at university creates knock-on effects which are important for the future. Finding the right skills profile for future employees requires us to be active in the education sector and indicating in which groups we see need for future recruitments, making sure that we are now creating an awareness of our brand so that students know already before graduating where they want to work in the future.
