Since the fall of 2018, Charnaldo Jaime Ndaipa has been working on his PhD at Learning in STEM at the Department of Learning in Engineering sciences, focusing on why Mozambican universities are going international.
He mentions “This study is important because it sheds light on a topic that hasn't been researched much, especially from the perspective of the global South. What's even more interesting is that it combines innovative theories like neo-institutionalism and decolonialism, which haven't been brought together by previous researchers”.
Under the guidance of his advisors, Professor Lars Geschwind and Associate Professor Kristina Edström . Dr. Charnaldo Jaime Ndaipa has delved deep into his research topic. He has pushed the boundaries of knowledge and shed new light on HEOS (Higher Education Organisation Studies).
