Stockholm Futures Conference: Our Future in the Making

Stockholm Futures Conference is an international meeting of scholars, policy makers and the general public around the issues that face us and the way that we engage with them in contemporary democracies. Particularly, we want to ask the question of the role and relevance of futures studies for making our future, for imagining alternative paths of development and helping us to see the consequences and impacts of decisions taken today.
The conference is co-organised by the Swedish Institute for Futures Studies, the KTH Centre for Sustainable Communications , CESC and the Environmental Strategies Research Department , fms at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
