In general

  • KTH Relocation may be in the office, and we may be working from home. Please contact us beforehand if you would like to book a meeting with us.
  • If you are uncertain about getting a residence permit in time, or being able to travel when you want to, it is better to hold off and contact us when your plans are more secure, and get an offer for housing when you know you will be arriving. This will cut down on costs for you. Please see below under "contract" if you have already received and accepted an offer from us.
  • Please note that our housing is completely booked for autumn arrival, and we are not granting any extensions. Please see our webpage about how to find housing on your own .
  • KTH Relocation will have limited access to e-mail in July and we will be completely closed July 14-26. We will not be checking e-mail during that time. Please refer to the information in your building's entryway should you have questions.

Keys and arrival

  • Please contact us a week before your arrival so we can arrange how you will get your keys. Please note that we may not be able to hand over keys at the last minute, since we are not always in the office.
  • Read through the Public Health Authority's website about arrivals into Sweden, isolating for 7 days and testing after 5 days. You can do the COVID-19 test at any health clinic (vårdcentral), but you will need to pay out-of-pocket for it.

  • Please note our two-month cancellation policy, and we can start/end contracts on the 1st and 15th of each month. For example, if you let us know by August 15, we can cancel your contract from October 15. We cannot change contracts due to delay or late arrival, or delay contract start-dates after you have accepted our offer.

Fault reports

  • If you need to make a fault report, please continue to use this form . You can make fault reports all throughout the summer, even when KTH Relocation is closed.
  • Depending of the nature of your fault report, you will receive help with your problem by either advice or a physical visit by a caretaker. This is decided by the KTH Site Services, following recommendations from the Public Health Authority.
