Welcome to KTH and congratulations on getting a position here! We are looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Sweden and KTH.
We are not only here for you, we will also assist your family and your spouses in their acclimation to Sweden.

In general

  • KTH Relocation is in the office on occasion, but not everyday. Please be in touch with us by e-mail or phone if you need something from us, and we can arrange it.


  • Please note that we will not be handing out keys in person at this time. You will receive instructions on how to get your key when the time comes. Please note that we are not able to hand out keys at the last minute, etc, so please keep track of them.
  • If you are moving out and returning keys, you will receive special instructions on how to return them.


  • If you are wishing to move or leave, we are implementing a one-month cancellation policy, up until August 1. We can cancel contracts from the 1st or the 15th of each month. Every cancellation needs to be done in writing by e-mail to us.
  • We will still expect the apartments to be cleaned as per instructions you received when you signed your contract.
  • We will allow no room changes, unless there are pressing medical reasons for them, pursuant to recommendations from the Public Health Authority to minimize movement. If you are needed to work on campus everyday, and wish to change you room to a campus room, your supervisor will need to verify this.

Fault reports

  • If you need to make a fault report, continue to use this form .
  • Depending of the nature of your fault report, you will receive help with your problem by either advice or a physical visit by a caretaker. This is decided by the KTH Site Services, following recommendations from the Public Health Authority.

Do you need an apartment?

  • We have some vacancies at this time. If you are an employee, scholarship holder, or guest of KTH and you need an apartment during this time, we may be able to help you. Please e-mail us and let us know about your situation and we will respond about what we can do to help. Please note that we can only offer apartments until August 1 or August 15, depending on availability. Please note that we will only offer contracts that are 2 months or longer.
