MSc ICT Innovation (28Digital)
The joint master's in ICT Innovation programme combines technical competences in the comprehensive field of Information and Communication Technology with strong skills in innovation and entrepreneurship. Students create an individual curriculum based on their interest in different areas of ICT and study at two European universities. Graduates receive a double degree and excellent qualifications for managerial posts in global markets.
ICT Innovation at KTH
Delivered through the 28Digital Master School, this two-year, full-time programme comprises 120 ECTS credits and is taught in English. You spend one year at each of two universities in different European countries. On successful completion, you receive a master’s degree from each university and an EIT Label certificate.
You can select KTH for either the first or second year in four tracks:,
- Human Computer Interaction and Design with Extended Reality , where you focus on user-centred interactive systems and immersive technologies.
- Autonomous Systems and Intelligent Robots , where you study artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and autonomous software systems.
- Cloud and Networking Infrastructure and HPC , where you study networks, distributed systems, cloud computing and high-performance digital infrastructure.
- Data Science , where you study machine learning, data mining and systems for processing and analysing large-scale data.
Your technical specialisation is combined with studies in innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the programme. You take part in a mandatory European summer school and complete a graduation project that combines an internship with a master’s thesis, often in collaboration with a company or research institute.
