The jury's motivation:

This year's winner has been a strong candidate throughout the process. She is an obvious leader with a visionary ability. With a genuine interest in the individual and the group combined with clarity when the situation demands it, she creates a sense of security with her employees. This makes it easy for us to see her in a managerial role at one of the partner companies. She is an exceptional communicator with a strong drive. She is a person who reflects on her adversities in her desire to constantly evolve. With her thoughtful presentation and confident appearance, she took the jury by storm.

About Female Leader Engineer:

The Female Leader Engineer program identifies newly graduated female engineers with potential for leadership roles in the future. The program aims to develop all participants and also serves as a unique meeting place between young women and Swedish industry. The program also serves as a selection process to nominate this year's Female Leader Engineer, and the winner receives a tailor-made trainee program at three industrial companies."
