The Department of Micro and Nanosystems focuses on Microsystems (MEMS) and Nanoengineering (NEMS) and their application in the fields of medicine, life sciences, information and communication technology (ICT), security, transport, and aerospace. KTH's department of Micro and Nanosystems is the largest MEMS team in Sweden and our research is world leading in its field.
