Researcher in atomistic modeling of battery materials

Job description

The aim of the project is to study Na-based solid electrolytes through quantum mechanical modeling. Interphases to the electrodes are of interest for the project and ionic conductivity.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree 
  • PhD in Physics or Materials Science. PhD in Chemistry may also be considered.
  • Postdoc. Demonstrated experience with atomistic codes based on Density Functional Theory (DFT) such as VASP and Quantum Espresso.
