Om mig

I am Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management (INDEK) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. I hold a PhD in Economics from Stockholm University (2013) and a Docent in Economics (2023). Prior to my current role, I was a Wallander Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stockholm School of Economics (2015-2018) and a Senior Researcher at IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute. My background is interdisciplinary, combining higher education in economics with a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University (1995), and public and private sector experience. My research focuses on the intersection of International Economics, Environmental Economics, and Finance.

I am  driven to understand how our world works and what we can do to make it a better place. In my research, I develop theory to study the interplay between the environment, policy, and corporations. Methodologically, I apply empirical and theoretical methods to test competing hypotheses.
