Umbereen Sayyeda
About me
Sayyeda Umbereen is a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at the Department of Electric Power and Energy Systems, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden.
She received her Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (Controls), in 2019 from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan, and her Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan.
Umbereen has started her PhD at KTH in October, 2019 and her PhD research title is " Improved observability in the power system, Real-time stability monitoring and control".
Research Interests:
Umbereen´s research interests include the field of Power Systems, Control Systems, and Electrical Machines. In her undergraduate thesis she worked on Design of Control Panel of Spot Welding Machine, and had worked on MPPT Controllers for PV Based Microgrid Using Actual Solar Irradiance Data for her Masters thesis.
