Cryo FE-TEM JEOL 2100F (Flemingsberg)
FE-TEM Jeol 2100F can be operated at room and cryogenic temperature (200 kV TEM). It is equipped with two detectors: a Direct Electron DE20 direct detection camera and a Tietz CCD camera (4k x 4k).
The laboratory also has all the necessary equipment for specimen preparation such as a vitrification robot (ThermoFisher Vitrobot), an evaporation unit, glow discharge and wet lab facilities. In addition, appropriate software is installed on a cluster of Linux/GPU computers which also contain capabilities for large data storage.
