TUTORIAL NO. 3

1. Three reference projects

Find and study three different projects that relate to your target group, that will deepen and inspire your own project. Write a summary and include images and other relevant material that describes the selected projects.

2. A description of the purpose and goal of your project

Answer the question: Why do we carry out the project (objective) and what are our goals? A tip is to ask the question WHY? three times in a row to get a more specific answer. Describe the purpose and goal of your project.

3. A description of your concept

Describe how you plan to improve the situation of the socially excluded group of people that you have identified with text, sketches, mind-maps, inspirational images and objects, etc.

4. A title

Maximum three words.

6. SWOT

Run your project through a SWOT analysis and present your outcome in a diagram.
