Work package 2 - USP Model & Control

In this work package, we develop methodologies for modeling, control and optimization of perfusion processes.

We combine cutting edge machine learning techniques with domain knowledge and heterogeneous data sources such as metabolite concentrations and transcriptomics for high fidelity modeling. The models form the backbone for robust optimization and control algorithms developed for medium optimization and process control.
