Registration

The registration fee includes access to all congress sessions, conference material, lunches, and coffee breaks.

The fees above do not include Swedish Value Added TAX (VAT), which in Sweden is 25%. In accordance with Swedish VAT requirements, a company or organization from a country outside Sweden with a registered VAT number (or equivalent tax registration number for companies and organizations outside of the EU) is not required to pay Swedish VAT for conference fees. If your company or organization has a VAT Number or Tax Registration Number, please have it ready before you start the registration process. Further documentation must be provided on request. VAT is always payable for onsite registrations.

Swedish delegates will pay VAT according to Swedish legislation.

Note that the inclusion of a paper in the conference program and its publication in the conference proceedings is subject to the registration of at least one of the authors. In addition, for inclusion in the conference proceedings, a paper has to have been presented at the conference.
