New workshops on interpersonal skills for Doctoral students and supervisors
HR at CBH invites to new workshops for both doctoral students and supervisors, where theory is combined with discussions. As in the autumn, the theme is interpersonal skills. The workshop is held on two occasions in May, one for doctoral students and one for supervisors of doctoral students.
“The workshops we held in November last year were highly appreciated. What was most appreciated was that the participants were able to discuss together. It becomes a safe space where you can share experiences and knowledge," says Sara Leoni, HR administrator at CBH.
The workshops combine theory with discussions and group work to stimulate thoughts and attitudes about how we treat each other in a team or workplace.
“With these workshops, we want to contribute to creating a safe and positive work environment at CBH. There is always a need to work preventively against discrimination, conflicts and bullying in the workplace,” says Sara Leoni.
