KTH's Property Development and Agency deemed high quality by UKÄ
The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) has evaluated ten Swedish real estate agent educational programmes. KTH's bachelor's programme in Property Development and Agency is one of only three programmes that have been deemed to be of high quality in the evaluation.
"We are of course very happy and proud that UKÄ recognises the quality of our programme. Property Development and Agency is developed in close cooperation with industry organisations. In addition, we work continuously in consultation with the The Swedish Estate Agents Inspectorate (FMI) to ensure that all our students get the knowledge and skills required to work as a registered real estate agent. This also applies to those who are admitted to our contract education courses," says Henry Muyingo , Programme Director and Lecturer at the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management.
