Demo Day for eight exciting startups from the KTH Innovation pre-incubator program

Published Mar 13, 2018

One year can really fly by! On March 2nd, 2018, eight startups from Batch 4 of the KTH Innovation pre-incubator program graduated from our process.

After a year of business coaching, countless workshops and pitch trainings, and extremely hard work, startups Poki Robotics , TADA Medical , Map Project , PumpSoft , Cryptolens , MemoAR , Cryptcert and Feedo left the pre-incubator program to take the next step in their development.

POKI Robotics brought along their robot

The pre-incubator program aims to support early stage, tech based KTH projects with the potential to become viable companies. More than 100 companies have passed the pre-incubation program where KTH students and researchers get free of charge support to verify and develop a viable business concept across key areas. After 12 months, they’re ready to hit the gas.

Together with SSE Business Lab, KTH Innovation gathered investors, business angels and the Stockholm tech community to hear eight cases pitch for the last time in the program.

Meet the cases

POKI Robotics brought along their robot, which by using a Local Positioning System and complex Path Planning will automate picking up golf balls at the driving range.

Map Project described how they will solve a problem affecting over half of the world’s population – the lack of an adequate, precise address.

Feedo demonstrated their smart camera that can be used to enhance the classroom experience.

Cryptcert revealed how their service SPIDERTM can simplify encryption.

Cryptolens showed how they can help developers improve their software by making software licensing, payments and analytics more affordable and simple-to-use.

TADA Medical demonstrated their product aiming to alleviate the problem of interrupted infusions.

TADA Medical demonstrated how their product will alleviate the problem of interrupted infusions, something which occurs in over ten percent of all infusions .

PumpSoft demonstrated how they’ve simplified the contact between distributors, companies and customers in the pump business.

MemoAR showed how they through their augmented reality technology will improve the lives of people affected by dementia.

Keep track of them in the future!
