This debate will explore how these sectors can navigate these complexities responsibly, addressing key issues such as knowledge theft and intellectual property, the ethics of dual use, and the role of the diaspora in shaping global partnerships. Through discussions and reflections, we aim to highlight strategies for fostering ethical, sustainable, and effective global collaborations.
