In this lunch seminar, Åsa Andersson, Head of International Student Recruitment at KTH, will present and explore the critical role of attracting talent from around the world. How do we target the right students? What factors impact the international student journey? What does the decision-making process look like, and how can we support students along the way?

Åsa Andersson will delve into key statistics while also comparing trends over time. In addition, Indonesian master’s student Mada shares her story about the journey to KTH. Finally, the session will address the challenges of striving for a truly diverse student population.

By addressing these aspects, Åsa and Mada aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of KTH’s international recruitment strategy and how it aligns with the university’s broader goals of promoting a global, innovative, and inclusive academic environment.
