Anne-Kathrin Peters delivers Keynote at ICT4S Conference

The international conference series ICT4S (The International Conference on Information and Communications Technology for Sustainability) is devoted to covering all types of research, developments, and applications of ICT to support sustainability.

Anne-Kathrin Peters

Anne-Kathrin Peters joined the Department of Learning at KTH in May 2021, contributing her expertise to the field of technology education. She has previously been an influential member of the Uppsala Computing Education Research group (UpCERG), where she dedicated her research efforts to understanding the perception of computing during higher education and advocating for diversity and inclusivity in the field.

With a distinguished background in computer science and mathematics, Anne-Kathrin Peters has made significant contributions to educational development and research. Her work has shed light on the constraints and societal impact of computing education, revealing a need for a more equitable and diverse approach. Anne-Kathrin Peters has been actively involved in various sustainability and education initiatives, including collaborations with universities, civil society organizations, and municipalities to promote societal transformation and climate action.
