Ways to contribute to KTH’s education
There are many ways in which your company or organisation can get involved in KTH students’ education. Contribute real-world challenges to project-based courses or makerspaces, and gain fresh perspectives on the challenges you face. Or why not give a guest lecture? Please feel free to contact us to explore how you can get involved.
Contribute project assignments
Companies and organisations have the opportunity to submit project proposals and real-world challenges for students to solve. This could, for example, take place during a project course or as an event in a makerspace.
Challenge students in a makerspace
In KTH’s various makerspaces, you have the opportunity to contribute challenges that students work on outside of courses, for example via a buildathon.
Makerspaces are experimental learning environments for hands-on design, prototype development, testing and experimentation. Maker spaces are equipped with various tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, electronics equipment and hand tools. There are also open areas for assembly and collaboration.

Examples of current project courses
Here are some of the courses at KTH where you can submit project proposals. The project assignments are carried out by a group of students over a period of several weeks.
