
ESERO Sweden
ESERO Sweden is a support for the school in the work with technology, science and mathematics by using space as a starting point and is run by KTH. ESERO Sweden aims to elevate education to a new level by introducing the fascinating world of space into the classroom. By offering professional development courses for teachers and developing engaging and accessible resources, ESERO Sweden aims to help make learning fun and inspiring for students.
KTH offers two courses, LT1044 Space and sustainable development for active teachers and educators (3.0 credits) and LT1071 Space, health and authentic learning, distance course for active teachers and pedagogues (3.0 credits), aimed at teachers or student teachers who teach STEM subjects. These courses are recurring, held once a year, and take place online. ESERO also conducts teacher training and workshops.

About ESERO Sweden:
ESERO (European Space Education Resource Office) Sweden is an initiative by ESA and the Swedish National Space Agency. It is operated by KTH in collaboration with the five Science Centers of the Wisdome project: the National Museum of Science and Technology, Curiosum, Visualiseringscentrum C, Universeum, and Malmö Museum. Cecilia Kozma serves as the director, with Christer Fuglesang as the chairman of ESERO Sweden.
ESERO Sweden collaborates with several science centers and educational actors across Sweden. ESERO has also established the Hub (Vetenskapens Hus, Swedish Astronomical Youth Association, Exploratoriet Skellefteå, Tom Tits Experiment, Teknikens Hus) to organize ESA’s school projects both locally and nationally.
