Contact

In case of technical problems with the application system, please contact mobility-online@kth.se. Each school at KTH has an International Coordinator for exchange students that is the primary contact person for any academic or study-related matters during your studies at KTH. You can find your International Coordinator here.

Letter of acceptance

You will receive a notification of admission a few weeks after deadline. If admitted, you will receive a "Letter of Acceptance". This is the formal decision about studies at KTH and is, for non-European citizens, used to apply for a residence permit for studies in Sweden. It is important that you bring your letter of acceptance when going to Sweden, and you should apply for the residence permit as soon as possible, as the process may take up to three months.
