How to apply

The application deadline for most programmes is mid-January and applications are made through University Admissions in Sweden, the online application system for programmes offered at Swedish universities. Some joint master's programmes for which applications are submitted to a consortium or another university may have later application deadlines, but no applications close before mid-January.

The academic year at KTH is divided into two terms of 20 weeks, with the autumn term beginning at the end of August and the spring term beginning in January. Programmes start in the autumn, which means students apply for studies starting in August the same year.
