Research field
Research on renewable energy from biomass gasification sources;
Investigation on auto-thermal tar reforming process (ATR);
Study combustion processes powered by different fuels in different burner configurations;
Recent focus on partial oxidation zone (POX) of ATR to study soot formation mechanisms, to prepare a detailed chemical mechanism for gas-phase reactions of raw gas mixtures in a non-premixed POX burner, and to investigate influence of different raw gas and oxidizer gas conditions on kinetic paths.
