Marco Armiero receives the Leggimontagna Prize

's book Le montagne della Patria ( A Rugged Nation: Mountains and the Making of Modern Italy ) has been awarded the Leggimontagna Prize. The book has also received the Mazzotti Prize and the SAT Prize, and was shortlisted for the Turku Prize, Acqui storia prize, and Cortina Prize.
