Social activities

Social activities are included in the registration fee.

!!! However, you need to explicitly register for those because booking and transportation arrangement should be done in advance.

Please note that in your registration form you can include information concerning food allergies or any other food preferences. You do not need to send that information to the organizing committee separately.

Welcome reception

June 30th, at 19.00. Memory hotel, close to the conference venue.

Registration desk will be open at 18:00.

Conference dinner

July 2nd, 19.00 - 23.00. Unforgetable evening onboard of an authentic ship

M/S Gustavsberg VII. Dinner and water jorney around Stockholm.

Bus transportation will be arranged to and from the event.

Reception in the City Hall of Stockholm

July 4th, at 19.00. With the brief story, buffé, and guided tour around the building.

Some workshop participants might become key persons at Nobel banquettes in Stockholm City Hall in future :-)
