Aesthetics and Politics of Digital Sexuality
In her design research PhD project, Anna Brynskov explores the intersection of technology and sexuality through a disability lens. She uses frameworks from Sexuality and HCI, cyberfeminism and narrative design and artistic methods to question and push aesthetic and political implications in intimate, relational technologies towards more socially just and reflected digital futures. With democratic and conversation-based participatory design methods, she seeks to realize these future technologies by communicating her knowledge with sexual health organizations and disability communities.

Anna Brynskov is a PhD fellow at the IT University of Copenhagen, with an MA in Digital Design (Information Technology) and BA in Comparative Literature and Digital Design from Aarhus University. She also has professional training in film direction, film production and screenwriting. At this FFF talk, she will share some of her work. See more at: www.annabrynskov.com.
