2018-09-17 Cyber-Defence Panel

Cyber-Defence Panel organised by the AFCEA Stockholm Chapter, with Marie Eklund Löwinder, CISO, Internet Foundation In Sweden, and Fredrik Robertsson, MGen, CIO, Swedish Armed Forces on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 16:00 to 18:00. The discussion will be held in the Q2 auditorium at KTH.

When the internet stops working and the power grids are cut, it does not take long before the disaster is a fact, even though Sweden is well equipped. To meet the threats, high IT security and strong defense are required. What is a cyber defense? Does Sweden have a cyber defense today? Military trained hackers? How are we affected when the internet is shut down and electricity is being cut?

Do not miss the coolest lecture of the year, with two very knowledgeable panelists that weave together technology and defense to better understand the complex and growing threat of cyber attacks and cyber defense. The two discussants are Marie Eklund Löwinder, CISO, Internet Foundation In Sweden, and Fredrik Robertsson, MGen, CIO, Swedish Armed Forces. The discussion will be in Swedish.

After the seminar, snacks and drinks are offered as well as a chance to mingle with future employers, decision makers, authorities, companies and like-minded people.
Please share the information with interested friends. Hashtag for the event is #afceasthlm.
