KTH hosts “the Olympic Games in production engineering”

Sweden and KTH will host the CIRP General Assembly – “the Olympic Games in production engineering” in 2025.
The International Academy for Production Engineering’s annual event has strong support from the government and industry (the opening ceremony of CIRP GA 2018 in Tokyo was attended by the Japanese Emperor).
The event organisation of 2025 will be led by KTH together with Chalmers, Linköping University, RISE, Scania, Sandvik, Volvo, and strongly supported by XPRES, the Departments of Production Engineering (IIP), and Sustainable Production Development (HPU), and ITM.
