Niklas Arvidsson co-authors book on Managing and Working in Project Society

A new book called Managing and working in Project Society – Institutional challenges of Temporary Organizations (Cambridge University Press) where at Indek is one of the co-authors explores how the growing deployment of projects and other types of temporary organizations influences organizations and its employees and which challenges this brings. The authors make a case for renewing institutions and mind-sets in our society in order to take on today’s challenges.
