In a few weeks new bills will be introduced in Sweden and the question is to which extent these will be used as new, alternative means of payments grow in importance. at the unit Sustainability and Industrial Dynamics at Indek acknowledges cash as an extraordinary innovation while at the same pointing out that new, innovative payment services are increasingly becoming a substitute to cash in many situations.
