About me
Research Interests
My main research interests are Semiconductors and Spintronic device physics.
Understanding the physics of these devices help us buildbetter,smaller, moreenergyefficient andsustainableelectronicsfor many different applications
My work has a particular focus on variability, noise and fluctuations, and the use of electronics in extreme environments.
I combine experimental studies with an eScience approach, using resources at
the Swedish National Infrastructure for Computing (SNIC) and the Vienna Scientific Cluster.
