Supervision

Course coordinator and main teacher: Assoc.-Prof. Joachim Oberhammer, KTH School of electrical Engineering, Microsystem Technology Laboratory.

Supervision: The progress of the project work is supervised by the course responsible during scheduled weakly review meetings and unscheduled meetings upon request. Additionally, 2 PhD students tutor the course participTeaching assistants: Besides the main teacher, two assistants (PhD students) tutor the course participants during the design phase. A further assistant (PhD student) teaches the fabrication lab. Also the evaluation phase will be supervised by an assistant (PhD student).¶

Supervision activities: Frequent interaction with the teachers is especially import
ants during the design phase, 1 PhD student tutors during the fabrication phase, and 1 PhD student tutors during the evaluation phase. All teachers are in the same building as the student lab, so that easy communication without previous arrangement of a meeting time/location can be done. To guarantee the progress of all groups and an appropriate work distribution over the whole study period, the progress of the project work is monitored by the course responsible during scheduled weekly review meetings.
