The Service Centre now handles all orders for KTH accounts.

From 1 September, the EECS Service Centre will handle all orders for KTH accounts for affiliated persons. An affiliated person is someone who is formally linked to KTH through a contract/written agreement but is neither employed by nor receives a salary from KTH.

The Service Centre will have overall responsibility for ordering KTH accounts, access cards and other services so that the person can work at KTH.

The purpose of the new procedure is to improve support and to streamline and make more efficient the process of knowing who is here, for how long, and why.

Orders are placed with the Service Centre by filling in the guest form . Please contact us in good time, preferably 5 working days in advance.

The new procedure is the result of collaboration between the school's service centre and the legal identity and access management programme.
