Information on Master of Science in Engineering programmes and Master programmes in Industrial Management.
INDEK is one of the most important providers of courses for the five-year master of science in engineering program in Industrial engineering and management. About one third of the courses within the program is provided by INDEK. The department is also responsible for the two-year master program in Industrial Management and the one-year master program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.
INDEK is also involved in the master program ICT Innovation within the European innovation program EIT Digital and the master program Bioentrepreneurship at Karolinska institutet.

Master of science program in Industrial engineering and management (CINEK) and master program in Industrial Management (TIEMM) (300 credits, 3 + 2 years)
The five-year master of science program in Industrial engineering and management provides a deep competence in business management and business development. The additional technical knowledge gives the student an advantage in understanding the development of sustainable innovations. After graduation, the student is well equipped for a career in business and public administration. The program has four specializations in different technical areas of application: Computer Science and Communication, Energy Systems and Sustainable Development, Product Development and Applied Mathematics.

Master programme in Industrial Management (TINEM) (120 credits, 2 year)
The master programme in Industrial Management is designed for students with a bachelor degree in engineering who aim to take leadership positions in industrial and technology-based organisations. The program is open for students from six selected master of science in engineering programs at KTH. It is also open to students with a bachelor degree in engineering from other Swedish or foreign universities.

Technology-based Entrepreneurship (TTBEM) (120 credits, 2 year).
The master's programme in Technology-based Entrepreneurship provides students with the skills to drive innovation at large corporations or create and grow their entrepreneurial ventures. It combines a strong focus on technology with expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation and venturing. Graduates have a unique skill-set in innovation and management and a value-creating mindset adept for dynamic careers.
