About me
I teach Swedish as a foreign language in courses for both students and employees. The courses I teach range from beginner level to advanced level (A1-C1) and the majority are group lessons, but I also have individual lessons. I also tutor students in academic writing within the Centre for Academic Writing and Rhetoric (CAS).
I am subject manager for the courses in Swedish as a foreign language for employees and work continuously with the development of the existing courses and of new course formats. In addition, I am responsible for the language cafés in Swedish for employees and find articles and other material that form the basis of the discussions.
I am passionate about teaching, languages, literature and translation. My academic focus is in Swedish and German, but I have also studied Italian, French and literary translation. I have studied at universities in Sweden, Germany and the USA and I have a master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis (USA).
