PRO2
Please up-load your material next to your group number below no later than 12:00 on Monday the 24/10. APRO2 is an adjustments and fine tuning of all material in order to achieve full project alignment, from scenario, analysis, idea, design, through target group, differentiation strategy, graphic design, etc. PRO2 is an alignment; a verbal and visual (images, diagrams, film, graphic design, 3D models, etc.) explanation of the material that you have produced during Tutorial 1-8 (the whole course). Make sure that your material follows a red thread. Kill your darlings if necessary. Identify the missing parts and complement with what is necessary to make your project cohesive. Submit the complementary material on Social. Your presentation should be easy to follow. As advocates for your project, you should have enough structured “evidence” to convince the audience.
In PRO2, the strength of your future scenario, concept and design is evaluated and discussed. Make sure that your work is aligned andYour work should be presented in a clear and cohesive manner. Find inspiration in how others present their work; in magazines, on the internet, etc. Is the content of your presentation reflected in how you build up your story and in the graphic design?

PRO2 review structure The focus of the presentation in PRO2 is to convince the audience that the presented project design has great potential to solve a well defined future social exclusion. Each group will present their own work. Another group will be opponents and give feed-back. The presentations will be structured in the following way:¶
* 7 minutes: presentation of your own project
* 5 minutes: feed-back from opponent group
* 10 minutes: feed-back from invited critics and teachers
* 5 minutes: general discussion
Be well prepared to present your project in English. The invited critics have not gotten a brief describing your project and they will frame an opinion based on your 7 minutes presentation! Make sure it works. Practice the presentation, decide in advance how you present and who presents what.¶
Below is a short description of the different roles in PRO2.¶
Project presenters should:¶
- Present and convince that the project has great potential to solve a well defined future social exclusion¶
- Discuss and reflect about the project¶
Project opponents should:¶
- Examine critically and question¶
- Discuss proposals for development¶
- Provide a summary judgement¶
Project note-takers should:¶
- Write down notes from the feed-back¶
- Structure the notes so that they make sense!¶
- Submit notes to the project owners (next to the correct project number in PRO2)¶
Attendance is mandatory throughout the review.
